Last week we learnt about some powerful pressure points to help us with all sorts of things. In fact, we have so many pressure points that I just had to do another week of pressure points! They’re really so beneficial and can help in a number of ways, so here is 6 more for you to learn and take with you for any time.
6 More Powerful Pressure Points That You Should Know
Kidney clearer – Your kidney point is on the sole of the foot, just to the side of the ball of the foot, under the second or third toe. Press and release several times to treat fatigue, lethargy and to detox the bod through the kidneys.
Anxiety alleviator – This stress relieving point is found at the top centre of the forearm – with the palm facing down – in the large section of the muscle just under the crease of the elbow. Again, press for several seconds and release several times.
Anti-stress press – Press the soft area of the hand between the thumb and index finger, for at least 30 seconds to help reduce some stress. Repeat on the other hand.
Immunity booster – This one is found on the inside of the ankle above the foot between the Achilles tendon and above the ankle bone. Press and release several times for 10-20 seconds to boost immunity and also fight fatigue, depression and sluggishness.
Release emotions – The SI19 point is found near the ear, just in front of the ear canal, in the depression when the mouth is opened. Press for several seconds to release your inner emotions. This one is also good for any ear problems.
Anger alleviator – Your L3 pressure point is found on the foot, about 3 finger widths from the edge, in the line between the big toe and the second toe, in the soft part on top of the foot. Rub anticlockwise on this point to induce relaxation and unblock any anger or depression.
I hope that these come in use to you in times of need, all so you can live a happier and healthier life!
