Mindset
As a certified Master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Master Weight Loss Coach, Social & Emotional Intelligence and Life Coach, part of what I do is help people understand what behaviours are currently not serving them well. An intervention can then be created that allows a shift in behaviour to a more desirable way, in order to achieve goals or desired results. I offer solutions by using the tools and techniques of NLP to uncover the root cause and mental blockages which are stopping you from achieving your health goals and living your best life. When wanting to change your body and life, you first have to change your mind. NLP is the most successful form of positive psychology and can have instant results!

NLP- Is a modelling technology that allows you to change the way you think, feel, behave, communicate and generate results.
Neuro – your senses are what you’re inviting in through your filters from the world around you. It’s your representation and how you take in information. Everybody has their own unique map of the world.
Linguistic refers to the language and meaning that you place upon the information that comes in through the world into your own eyes. That meaning is then translated into your internal dialogue which then produces your verbal expressions- what you’re saying- which is the surface structure. We then have deep structure which is unconscious. It can be symbolic and it’s used with language – the labels we apply and the words we say.
Programming is our behavioural patterns- how you do what you do. Everything we do has a behavioural pattern!
Most people have it hardwired into their brain that weight loss can only be achieved through dieting and exercise. However, by exploring the unconscious mind and understanding our own map of the world and how our brain is uniquely wired, the use of NLP and hypnosis in weight loss can even more powerful than nutrition and exercise!

About Paige
Paige’s Bio
Paige is an extremely passionate and versatile, Australian trained dancer with over a decade performing in the professional industry. Dancing since she was 3, Paige graduated at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, Sydney in 2006 and went on to get her Advanced Diploma in Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance at DLDC. Since then, Paige has worked all over the world preforming, teaching and taking on professional contracts such as Tokyo DisneySea playing the main role of Ariel in The Under the Sea Show, Hong Kong Disneyland playing the roles of Tinker Bell and Alice in Wonderland, Disney Cruise Lines as a dancer and character, contracted to The Sands/Venetian Macau, cheered for the Hong Kong Sevens, Brisbane Broncos and Gold Coast Titans in the contracted cheer squads, freelanced in Australia and Hong Kong, performing for multiple brands, including Google and has been part of many national and international performance groups. Paige has expanded her skill sets with not only the many styles of dance, dance/fitness, but also trained in aerial and acrobatics, has completed 500 hours in Yoga (including Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda) & is a qualified Exercise Nutritionist. Not only that she’s also a certified Emotional Intelligence / Life Coach and a Master NLP Practitioner. Paige’s true passion is expression through movement, sharing her passion of dance, yoga, health and wellness and inspiring others to do what they love while living a healthy lifestyle.
My Story
Hi there! I’m Paige and I believe life is a journey that should be fun, full of passion and beauty- with of course some thunderstorms- because how else can we see the rainbow and allow the flowers to grow if we didn’t have them? As an international, professional dancer, I’ve worked with the body my entire life and know exactly what it means to stay fit and healthy. I’m passionate about living a fun-filled, healthy life and inspiring others to do the same, because when it all comes down to it our health is EVERYTHING.
I mean, how are you expected to go to work, bust your butt for that pay cheque, to provide, put food on the table and a roof over your head if you are not physically healthy enough to do so? How are you going to spend your weekends or your time off with your family and loved ones at the beach, relaxing, doing something fun or simply eating a meal together if your health doesn’t allow you to? What’s the point in even doing these things if you can’t give your best self by neglecting your health and being too tired, too busy, too sick, with chronic disease lurking around the corner as a result of putting your own health last- after everything and everyone else- because who can you really be here for if you’re not here anymore? (A morbid thought I know, but that’s the reality.)

SO back to flowers and rainbows now! The good news is you CAN regain your health (your body is amazing at healing if you allow it to and treat it right) and get back on the path of living a long, happy, stress-free life IF you choose to do so and see yourself as a three-part being made up of the mind, body and soul. We just need to recreate balance and harmony with these three pillars of health and being to build HOLISTIC health and happiness.
You see, being healthy isn’t just about being skinny or having a six-pack. It’s just as much about having a healthy mindset to drive your vehicle to make the right choices so that you can live your fullest and best life, ultimately then fulfilling your soul’s purpose. If you’re not dedicating time to these other two parts of being- that we so often neglect in this day and age- then you’re not creating holistic health and happiness for yourself and your wellbeing will suffer greatly. After all, ‘dis-ease of the mind, creates disease of the body’.
Trust me, I’ve been there and had my thunderstorms too! Not too many years ago I experienced it first hand and even though I was meant to be happy, travelling the world, performing, doing what I loved, my physical and mental health was at an all-time low. I was burnt out, over-worked, in a toxic relationship, in a job I DECIDED to hate and I became a prisoner of my environment and my own mind. My health suffered greatly, even though my body probably looked the best it ever had, in the eyes of society. I developed an autoimmune dysfunction where I was sick with a new cold or new infection every couple of weeks. I had severe hormonal acne (I’m still dealing with the aftermath), constant new injuries and pains in my body and regular lock-jaw due to stress, irregular sleep cycles, insufficient nutrition and a bunch of other things. My positive, happy go lucky attitude was gone and replaced with constant tears. As if this wasn’t a big enough kick in the butt for me, it took being bed ridden with another serious infection and hooked up to a drip for three days, for me to wake up from this funk. I knew if I wanted to take control of my health and life again, the first thing I needed to change was my mind.
Since then, I’ve been on my journey to complete health and happiness, managing all three parts of my being and becoming holistically healthy and happy in ALL aspects of LIFE- because how can we truly be content and successful if we’re not balanced in every area? I understood that we are three part beings and if you are not healthy mentally then it will certainly effect you physically and spiritually or vice versa. One is not more important than the other, as all three are linked to create a whole and all three must be balanced for ultimate health, happiness and success.
I want to share with you what I’ve learnt on my quest to health, happiness and freedom and inspire you to do the same. You CAN change your life, your body, your job or how you think and feel about it. You CAN regain your energy, heal yourself and be here for a long time with your loved ones, doing what’s truly important. It just starts with making the decision to change your mind. We can all transform our lives but only YOU have the power to make that decision, to truly invest in yourself and your health and happiness. There’s nothing more important and it’s never too late to start!

This is not just a great workout but also a chance to get your nature fix and nourish your soul while being at one with the waves!
